This Privacy Policy applies to the website and online services operated by WIA 2123 LLC, doing business as WIA Performance (“WIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers information collected through this website, communications with WIA, and services connected to the website, including embedded WellnessLiving tools.

This policy does not replace any privacy notice, registration agreement, participation waiver, membership term, or purchase and cancellation policy presented separately by WIA or WellnessLiving.

Depending on how you interact with WIA, we may collect or receive:

• Contact and inquiry details, such as your name, email address, phone number, preferred location, and the content of your inquiry.
• Parent, guardian, and athlete details that you voluntarily submit, such as names, ages, training interests, goals, experience, or other information relevant to participation.
• Communications, including messages, support requests, feedback, and records of our correspondence.
• Booking and transaction information that WIA may receive or access through WellnessLiving, including registrations, schedules, attendance, memberships, purchases, and related transaction records.
• Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, and interactions with the site. This information may be collected through cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, server logs, or similar technologies if and when those tools are used.

Payment credentials are processed by WellnessLiving or other third-party payment and booking providers. This website does not directly store full payment card numbers or card security codes (CVCs).

We may use information to:

• Respond to inquiries and help families identify appropriate WIA services.
• Deliver and administer training, recovery, and related services.
• Manage schedules, registrations, memberships, attendance, purchases, and customer accounts.
• Support athlete safety and personalize services based on voluntarily provided needs and goals.
• Provide customer support and send operational communications, including schedule or account notices.
• Send promotional communications where permitted by law or with consent, and honor opt-out requests.
• Understand and improve our website, services, marketing, and customer experience through analytics.
• Protect WIA, our customers, and our systems; detect misuse or fraud; and enforce applicable agreements.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We may share information with the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

• WellnessLiving and payment providers that support account creation, lead capture, booking, scheduling, registration, memberships, and payment processing.
• Hosting, technology, and operational vendors that help us operate the website and deliver services.
• Analytics and advertising providers, to measure website activity and improve or promote WIA services. This includes Meta Platforms, Inc. through the Meta Pixel, which operates only after a visitor enables Marketing in our cookie settings. Depending on applicable law, some advertising activity of this kind may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising,” which is why we make it optional and revocable through Cookie Settings in the footer.
• Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and consultants.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or the integrity of our services.
• Parties to a business transaction, such as a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

WIA does not sell personal information for money.

The website uses cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies. We group them into two categories, and you control the optional category:

• Strictly necessary. These support core site functions, security, and the embedded WellnessLiving booking, scheduling, and store functionality you request. They are always active.
• Marketing (optional). This category covers the Meta Pixel, a website measurement and advertising technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. At a high level, it records page views and general website activity from your browser so WIA can measure how visitors reach and use the site and understand the performance of its advertising. The Meta Pixel is off by default and only loads after you affirmatively enable Marketing in our cookie settings. WIA does not configure the pixel with advanced matching, and does not use it to send form entries, names, email addresses, phone numbers, athlete information, or WellnessLiving account details.

You may accept all, reject non-essential, or choose categories individually when you first visit, and you can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer. If you withdraw Marketing consent, we stop future Meta Pixel events, signal a consent revocation to Meta if the pixel had already loaded, and remove the known first-party Meta cookies (_fbp and _fbc) where your browser allows it. Withdrawing consent does not undo information already transmitted before the change.

Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies and adjust tracking controls, and some browser or device settings may limit certain tracking. Disabling these technologies may affect the availability or performance of parts of the website and embedded services. WIA may add or change standard analytics and advertising technologies as its website and marketing evolve, and will reflect material changes in this policy.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

WIA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. These rights may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and record-retention requirements. State-specific privacy rights may also apply depending on where you live and the law that governs the request.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option in the message or contacting us. Operational communications about an account, booking, purchase, or service may still be necessary. To submit a privacy request, email admin@wiaperformance.com.

WIA serves youth athletes. When an athlete is under 13, this website and its online forms are intended to be used by the athlete’s parent or legal guardian. WIA does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children under 13 through this website without parental authorization.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 submitted personal information without your authorization, contact us at admin@wiaperformance.com to request review or deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

The website embeds and links to services operated by third parties. WellnessLiving handles functions including lead capture, account creation, scheduling, registration, memberships, and payment processing. Information submitted through a WellnessLiving widget or page is also governed by WellnessLiving’s own privacy policy and terms. Other linked websites and services have their own practices, which WIA does not control.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after an update is subject to the revised policy.
